Have we met? I have been bleating this to anyone who would listen (and to many who wouldn't). The look on his face after the game said it all. He is now blooded.

Played a cracker of a game. Surely horse cant drop him. Our forward line looked the most potent and dangerous it has all season. Often Morton was at the bottom of packs or doing handballs, just doing the team thang

Super to see things being done well. Recruiting with purpose and carrying out the plan superbly. Transforming another player to play a role.
Mitch is required, especially without McGlynn, and brings class and excitement going forward.

Tommy is still learning his craft, they are at completely different stages of their careers.

                  I realise that.
that's why I reckon it was a good move.

Gave our forward line another dimension. He covered a lot of ground and was prepared to lead up into the centre square at times that created a lot of space for the likes of Jetta to run into. I hope he stays. I'll take 2 goals and 2 goal assists every week from a forward.

LRT. Lord Roberts-Thompson. He may look like the Munster, but looks can be deceiving.

Haven't you learned your lesson? 4 weeks ago you said the same about LRT.

Exactly. Plus plenty of pressure acts to harass the Crows defenders. Cant see how he could be dropped after a performance like that. In fact, as he becomes more familiar with playing in the firsts he is likely to improve. I'm hopeful.

He had a solid game and added another dimension to the forward line. Whether or not he plays next game depends on a few things but I hope he does. This is a Mitch thread so I'll leave the team speculation on the other one where it belongs.

That interview was amazing. He tried so hard to toe the party line and keep a lid on the excitement without quite managing it. Good on ya Mitch, another ugly duckling becomes a Swan.
