    I'm doing that now by wearing my thermal underwear and a binnie to yoga classes. Instead of "salute to the sun", I'm doing a "roll in the duck quilt doona".

    I can't test whether it works as I can't afford a plane trip.
    Nothing like a good light bulb moment.

        Yes will be doing it at night time as part of commando combat course - who ever makes it back is a certain starter for for rnd 1.
