    TLM Countdown 2012, Rnds 14 - 15

Round 14: Sydney Swans (132) def GWS (38), ANZ

Derby number 2. The giants were so switched on as they were in round 1.
8 goals to 2 in the first half followed by 11 goals to 3.
13 goal scorers. Only Bird, who was the sub, had less than 10 disposals. All round team effort.
3 goals to Jetta. I seem to have written this a few times so far. 37 touches to McVeigh and 36 to O'Keefe.

    Swans by 94.

    Brownlow : 3. K Jack (Syd), 2. J Bolton (Syd), 1. R O'Keefe (Syd)

Round 15: Sydney Swans (110) def Brisbane Lions (63), SCG

The Lions got the jump on the swans, but it wasn't long before they got their mojo back at hit back at the lions.
They led at every change, but really stamped their authority in the 3rd term with 5 goals to 1.

A career best six goals from Sam Reid, McVeigh (34) and Kennedy (30) led the disposals, as the pairing of Mumford and the rising Pyke has become a formidable ruck duo.

Swans by 47, AND TOP OF THE LADDER!!

    Brownlow : 3. J McVeigh (Syd), 2. S Reid (Syd), 1. A Goodes (Syd)
CC: Sam Reid 41, Jarrad McVeigh 40, Ted Richards 39

      Under rated!!
He was voted for in several games, but not enough to make the top 5.

The quiet achiever, he does his job so well you just don't notice him - till he's NOT there!

Very valid point J. You can always tell when he is NOT there.

We need a new category Scott!! the "I don't see him, is he playing?" category.
