Anyway let's just wait for the investigations to conclude to see what the real fallout may be. It does look like our club is all clear though.
Panthers, Manly, Knights, Cowboys, Sharks are the others. 50 players or so. Just to put "Essendon plus one other player" in some sort of perspective.

Danks wasn't at the sharks for long - a month at the most. Didn't see eye to eye with the medi cal staff - he was soon gone.

My kids go to the same school as James Hird's kids. About the same age and same number of kids as he. I've been seeing him at drop-offs, pick-ups and parents' functions for the last six or seven years. He is a good bloke and is happy for a chat as a fellow parent although I have seen his eyes roll back and demeanour change when parents start talking footy.

I don't want to cast aspersions because I always admired him as a player, a person and a media commentator (I reserve my opinion on his coaching). However, I noticed that his physique changed last year and commented as such to my partner and one other parent I have become friends with. Both agreed with my observation. He was positively "ripped" as my 15 y-o daughter would say. Maybe he was just working out more with the boys he coaches, maybe not, but he appeared much bigger and stronger than when I first saw him at the school and when he played.

        Hope not ... but Hmmm!

I have no worries about the Swans being implicated.

Their new Russian fitness expert Dr Anabolicoff is doing a wonderful job as is his female assistant Ivana Dopeyouup.

They don't test coaching staff but look those few seconds advantage that they make getting on and off the ground could just influence a game.

He's probably starting his mid life crisis early. I couldn't imagine him doing anything wrong. Well except for umpire abuse.

Yah I did notice him bulk up last year. There's a few younger ex-player coaches who look fit enough to pull a guernsey on!

Perhaps coaches such as Mr Hird bulk up simply because they're still keeping to a pretty strong fitness regime but not running the miles and miles that players do?
