      1. I will have to finally come down from my 12 month post-2012 GF euphoria.
      2. Ramp up my cycling so I can get fit enough to go with ROK and Crouchy on their next cycle tour.
      3. Planning to get out of the mountains and spend a couple of months in the Phuket area for a change of pace.
      4. Must finish writing my book, which means spending less time on footy stuff. Hope there's not another Tippett affair to distract me.

Part of my retirement package stipulated that I was able to give up Cooking, Ironing, Dusting, Washing, etc. .............in exchange for ..........Arthritis

My dad had the foresight to nominate me for the MCC when I was born. It took about 27 years to come through, but thanks dad. Gives me entry to the G for everything. So I'm off to see our two most recent conquerors tear each other to pieces on Saturday. I try to get to Oaks day every November. Then the Boxing Day test will help after Chrissy. Training at Lakeside starts before you know it, and that's always a bit of fun through Jan/Feb..I get there as often as I can. So it's not as big desert ahead as it looks ..for me, anyway. And I'll drop Scott a line to see if he has any idea why I can no longer paragraph anything..

Just had an orrible thought. I have been wearing the silver 2012 Premiers Cap all season, because a) it fits, b) its comfortable, c) I don't look a complete dork in it.

What protocol is involved from now on. I can't wear it to the games any more can I??

Primmy - I think we can continue to wear it as a stylish item of clothing. Mine has been on seven continents in the past 12 months and I wouldn't feel right travelling without it. So glad I didn't get the red one.

I'll probably spend some time upgrading the RWO to try and stop the constant hacking that is still driving me nuts.
3 times I've had to fix the site since I've been away.
The site is being hacked? Why the @@@@ would anyone want to hack a footy supporters site?

I will be working on getting my degree by the end of the year. Then I will be booking my trip to Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia etc. I will read lots of fantasy novels after I finish uni. Might even do some drinking and celebrating if I get my degree. Mind you I do some of that now.

Will miss the footy but not winter even though this winter was very mild indeed. Will get some sun and swim a bit, second thoughts drown a bit LOL. Might look at a few games on You Tube and pine away.

Finally bit the bullet and am now week 1 into my very own preseason. Looking to be fittest I've ever been by Rd1 next year. Certainly under no illusions how tough it'll be but after some serious family health scares this here I'm determined to start looking after myself.
..And the Swans are the Premiers...The Ultimate Team...The Ultimate Warriors. They have overcome the highly fancied Hawks in brilliant style. Sydney the 2012 Premiers - Gerard Whately ABC

So, I will spend the off-season...

In A Huff... or sulking. I've not decided yet. Most likely both if the Hawkonnens vanquish Fremenantle. I miss Jude and Jesse already. Did they go as Tarzan and Jane for Mad Monday? Who could tell which was who?

Rest well run ragged Swans. If you can't be good then be safe and return to us set for the new challenge that awaits. 2014, the year we rise again.

i thought Tippett had a sense of Muad Dib about him.
