I had the service last year and was pretty happy with it. The live stream isn't something I do very often because I am probably in the worst time zone in the world to try to watch games live (Atlantic Canada). Games generally start between 1 am and 7 am in my time zone. With the AFLTV package which comes with the membership you can see every AFL game on streaming video as well as replays. The streaming is often not that great (I am not sure how much depends on your ISP and how much on AFLTV), but the replays are pretty good quality. AFLTV is streaming every NAB Challenge game for free, so you can try it today on the WCE Freo game, and then see the Swans on Thursday.Comment

Shouldn't have copied from the previous post.
It is called the NAB Challenge.
AFAIK they are just glorified Practice matches.
No Cup.
No winner.

I like that its just a proper pre season and coaches can use this period for a bit of experimentation/tinkering without the silly pressure of having the media call you out for it like they have with us since the Roos era.
It was only the poorer clubs who needed $ and that extra exposure for their sponsors who tried to win it anyway except for geelong. Maybe the AFL should have a weekend knock out mini nab winners cup for the bottom 6 clubs with a nice kitty as the prize, maybe 2 dozen meat trays to auction off at the next pie night, a couple of business shirts and 10000K cash prize.Comment
