I wonder if a seizure is a possibility.

That's a great call plugger, didn't think of that. If alcohol isn't a factor it's hard to see how someone could write off 3 parked cars without some kind of extenuating circumstance.Comment

It isn't funny, it's pretty bad but if he wasn't drunk at least it's not a criminal or behavioural issue. Just bad driving or, as plugger suggested a seizure ( which, I don't get me wrong, is still concerning )Comment

From AFL.com:
In a brief statement late on Wednesday night, the Swans confirmed Franklin's involvement in the crash.
"Franklin was the only person involved in the accident. He was not carrying any passengers and there were no passengers in any of the other vehicles involved," the statement read.
"No one was injured in the accident and Franklin is also unharmed.
"Police attended the scene, where Franklin provided a statement.
"He was breath-tested, returning a zero reading.
"Franklin is licensed and insured."Comment

A whole new thread devoted to his latest automotive misadventure - Marketing should be pleased, he's getting plenty of media attention for the club.
Apropos of nothing at all (and certainly I am making no litigious assertions whatsoever) but do breath tests pick up anything other than alcohol?Comment

If after clipping the first car the air bags activated - what effect would that have on your reflexes I wonder. I should imagine that it would be pretty distracting on top of the shock of having crunched the first car. How he managed to hit 3 other stationary cars is a bit amazing though. Maybe his foot hit the accelerator rather than the brake?

Someone overheard him state "I was being tail gated ",
Not a bad line, especially if he was texting, which many are guilty of."He was proud of us when we won and he was still proud of us when we lost' Tami Roos about Paul Sept 06.
