McGlynn calf injury. Still a few weeks from finals - hope it isn't serious.

McGlynn injured his calf against Port and it hasn't come up. Shaw's ankle still not right.
Biggs, Towers to face St Kilda - sydneyswans.com.au

Would have liked to see Zak back but Biggs is pretty handy off halfback.
Not enthused by Towers I must say.

Biggs is amazing, I wouldn't mind him being offered a senior spot next season. Maybe allow Smooch to finally move into the midfield

Hope Benny M is ok - he has been superb this year, and you just know he is going to absolutely rip it up come September - the pain of 2012 burns deep and he wants to rectify it with a 2014 Premiership.

Glad to see Biggs get another go - he was handy last year, and with Shaw it might be a precaution more than anything, and getting another guy some game time, just in case.

I would think that both outs are precautionary.

Fingers and toes. Don't want him getting injured now!

No Smith, no McGlynn, no Shaw. Don't want the list to grow any more as Sptember approaches, I'd like to think they're precautionary.

I thought Biggs looked very good late last year, he deserves a run and an upgrade at years end!

No Benny . I'm getting withdrawal symptons already.

Bit more than just "precautionary". Horse says in video none could do full training today and so could not be considered. Sounds hopeful only temporary problems though. Shaw's ankle from previous injury is sore, not surprising it was a severe sprain.

Jetta did look sore last week, surprised he is in the side.

Bit of a worry that it's the same ankle.. Hopefully it's OK

There are twice as many 2005 premiership Swans in the Saints side than in ours.

I agree, but if we're in a position to rest players, it's a good excuse.
