Looking forward to seeing Rohan V Cyril. Fast paced and exciting match up. I think Smith will get Bruest.

With Cyril playing, perhaps Rohan will get Breust with Smith going to the his usual Cyril mathcup. Should be interesting. I don't think we would like to stick Malceski with a matchup. I actually think Rohan is a better match for Breust than Smith, who has been beaten a few times by him in the air. It would be more difficult on the taller Rohan.

Jake Lloyd's role could be critical. He often guards the open side of the ground away from the play. He did a pretty good job on Sam Gibson last week, curtailing Gibson's possessions, without getting too much of the ball himself, particularly in the second half. A similar role would be to take on Isaac Smith. I think Jake can do it.

Made it home for the Grand Final, huzzah!! Only had internet radio access for the finals games so far, blind folk must really have it rough. Just finished watching our Prelim replay, Brad Scott's presser was eerily familiar. D?j? vu - a nightmare comes true! Thoughts in the appropriate thread. And not that they had any choice after Norf lost, much like the Crows once Collingwood fell in 2012 (dark forces at play) but a shout-out anyhow to gallant Port in their valiant loss. You gave us the opportunity to destroy the darkness. We are grateful.

As the game draws near, my confidence grows and also my doubts. Franklin has done everything in his power to get us to a Grand Final. What happens next depends on whether he loves Hanners more than he loves Hawthorn. But then I look across the arsenal we have assembled and realize we have become much more than we were. We are too powerful. They cannot stop us, they cannot catch us. No-one is left who can beat us now.

The Sydney Swans will defeat the Hawthorn Hawks by 30 points and Daniel Hannebery will win the Norm Smith medallion.
