With repect JPK12 you are missing the point that a few of us are trying to make! I like the photo of Isaac Heeney marking the ball in front of the near empty grandstand. Not only do I see IH taking a mark, I also get a glimpse of what it was like to be there at that ground. No matter how 'beautiful' the photo, just seeing, for example a close up of the chest, head and arms of IH and a football, out of its context, tells me only that IH is looking fit and that he can mark a football. If I wanted a photo of him to pin up on my wall, that would be great, but I don't, I much prefer the camera to show me something of how eg the players were going at the Coff's Harbour practice match.

He really captured the mood and atmosphere of a suburban ground.

Leave shutter burst on and use remote control. Fill memory card with as many sequenced shots.

Nothing special about these pics at all. Some of them are not even composed properly. Looks like my 12 year old took them with his DSLR.
At least he took them mate. There is nothing in the Pictures Section of the Swans site. At least we got to have a look at them. If your son is so good send him down to the Swans training and get him to take a series for us. If you don't have something nice to say don't bother saying it!

Meg thank you I at least appreciate you uploading these. It is good to see Mitchell, Buddy etc out there amongst it at this time of year.

Also good to see both Goodes and Kieren Jack making some nice left foot kicks. Goodes used his left foot quite a bit last year (I read that he practised for hours with his left foot during his injury rest time). But wasn't it Kieren's reluctance to kick with his left that got him into strife early in the GF? Or am I confusing another incident?

he's a leftie and he wouldn't go right, and it was the beginning of the end.

Just about exclusively so unfortunately. It's cost goals on occasion.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

Ah, thanks, I recalled he seemed to want only to kick one side, but I got the foot wrong! In that case, frown re the photo, we need to see him practising on his right.

the fuzzy wedding movie look has gone, music has changed and it is more what i like to see

BUT it is still to close for sport

they need to cutaway to a wider shot in my opinion as it is to hectic to follow this close up video

imagine if they used this lense for covering the game ........ aaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh

See what you mean Auntie. Yes a bit better (starting from a very low base) but far too close, made me feel dizzy watching it. And they still couldn't resist a bit of slow motion. Why? Adds nothing, just annoying.

Since you're an expert and they listen to randoms with no experience on websites then you do it. While you are at grab some of the experts on here and BF and tell horse and his coaching staff what they are doing wrong, the tactics they should use and who should be playing and who shouldnt.

But we've all been doing that for years - doesn't seem to make a blind bit of difference!

Although only highlights, Nank was prominent with ruck work, goals and marks. Should fit in nicely when the BB's are 'managing' their knees.
