at least we made the change to plus 1 defence 5mins to go in the 1st qtr today

last week we didnt make the chnge until the last minutes of the 2nd qtr when we were 40 or more pts behind

Goodes is struggling big time in my book - he just seems to be well off the pace. Shaw and Grundy not doing well either. We stemmed the momentum in that quarter but need to improve our decision making a lot in the 2nd half if we are to win.

Goodesy's second efforts have to come from the ground these days...loses his feet much more easily than the good old days.

His first half, even though he had plenty of his mates down as well, didn't fill me with confidence for his immediate future in the 22.

Awful conditions, they're taking most chances near goals and we're not, 2 genuine howlers from Rhyce that both resulted in goals and we're down by 2. I'm not outrageously concerned.
