So that will suit us .
They will let Swans supporters have about 10 tickets for the game.
If the Swans play with a nothing to lose attitude , and our bottom six play very very well ... Then ,
It will be an upset !
Hopefully we can invoke the spirit of 2003. I had a nice win that year with the Swans at $5. I will be backing them again this year.

Most experts say without Parker, Jack and an unfit Buddy swans are no chance but let's prove them all wrong. How sweet Hawks lose and swans win.
Sure I want the win but not so sure I'd want to come up against Hawks in a prelim.

It really depends on which teams turn up. Both teams have been Jekyll and Hyde-ish this season. I am hanging on the fact that (other than a flogging by WCE and being robbed against Freo by poor umpiring earlier this year) we have a pretty good recent record on the wide open spaces of Subi.

This is getting to be deja vu viz; 2013 again where injuries derailed the finals campaign. Look at our outs Parker, Jack, Buddy and maybe Smith. If this is the case lets hope 2014 repeats itself in 2016.

Longmire confirmed Smith won't play on the weekend That is a really big loss in my book, as they were pretty confident last week it was just a one week injury. McVeigh will be back and Mcglynn a good chance.

Certainly backs against the wall stuff at the moment, but I'm hoping we will put in a great performance on Saturday and add '15 to the sensational underdog qualifying final wins of '03, '06 and '12.

Hey, we still have our premiership forwards of Goodes and Reid playing good footy ATM. No team other than the Hawks have premiership forwards playing for them.

We should be very happy as this game marks the reality that John Longmire has been a more successful coach than Paul Roos.

Paul Roos's first five seasons were:

                  03 - Preliminary
                  04 - Week 2
                  05 - Premiers
                  06 - Grand Finalists
                  07 - 1st Week

                  Longmire will at least go:

                  11 - 2nd Week
                  12 - Premiers
                  13 - Preliminary
                  14 - Grand Finalists
15 - At least week two.

That is at least one additional finals game compared to Roos's tenure (first five years).

                  Well done Longmire.

                    We won 2012 without Buddy....
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.

What a big rallying call for the Swans to be thinking of Buddy and also Geeup for the Finals without him (if that is the case).

It's an opportunity for someone to step up.

Ironically Freo would be more concerned now about playing the Swans. Instead of playing with a Buddy who wasn't 100%, we have 22 guys who are playing for Buddy.
We've won qualifying finals before in Perth.
The "Nobody Rates Us or Believes in Us" feeling in the camp would be off the charts.

                            Absolutely spot on D.

We have a game to play this weekend - we want to win it for Buddy, and I believe that the team that goes out on the ground Saturday will be so determined that they will win.
