      3) sydney clubs recieve small COL Allowance. New scheme seems fair .
      4) All northern clubs get a retention/relocation allowance. This is set to a level that the flow of players in and out of nsw/qld is even. Reviewed every year.
This is the biggest inequality in the AFL and the like McGuire and Newbold turn a blind eye to it.

      According to the article, 2032.

In saying that, the AFL were contracted to play all finals at the MCG for like 100 years but were able to get out of it. Anythings possible.

It's a joke the AFL sells off Grand Finals to the MCG so readily and cheaply for such a long period of time.

It should be an equitation measure of a minimum 3-4 games at the 'G', and should include 'ALL' teams. The doggies hardly get to play no the G too, so they are theoretically also at a disadvantage come finals time if they play there. Saints wouldn't play there much either i'd imagine.

I think we'll play the usual three plus finals. From 2017 we play no games there

The 2016 draw should be out this month, then we'll know.

The way that the MCG works for the "Home MCG" teams - is that :
1 ) Ess (home Ground Eitihad) + Carl / Coll = always play their 2 games against each other at the MCG. My understanding is that Richmond want to be added to these 3 teams grouping.
2 ) All MCG home teams are sceheduled to play a small number of games at Eitihad - against teams that traditionally they have small crowds for i.e. interstate teams.
                  3) The Vic Govt & the MCG & the AFL paid for the redevelopment of the MCG - so are trying to play off the debt ASAP.
                  4 ) Yes - I am an MCC member - I pay annually about $640 -
