I don't think I voted at all last season, so will make up for it and will try and vote on all games this season.

Although I vote every week, I lose interest in the actual count because it gets eclipsed by the Bob Skilton medal and the Brownlow, so by the time the TLM count comes around it doesn't hold much interest for me.
May I suggest that we have a running tally every week, like the AFLCA best player award. This should keep the interest up in the voting.Comment

I'd find that really interested. Thoughts?
DanCaptain, I am detecting large quantities of win in this sectorComment

Do you still need numbers to run the vote? I'm in, too.Comment

I should add the mods too. Myself, Rogueswan above, Scott, Liz and I'm highly confident that Ugg and Matt79 are in too. That will bring us to 14.
I'll add another point. Direct engagement with players is an area a number of people are keen to see incorporated into the new RWO from next year, as am I. This is another selling point for participating in the TLM vote. It's a great way to engage with the Club directly when the final vote is in our presentation is made. One such presentation was made in 2007, just check out this thread here: Troy Luff Medal (TLM) presentation photos 2007 - Page 2 Matt79, any way you can resurrect one or two of the photos?
Yes happy to be involved with the TLM...many happy memories presenting Goodsey with the book at Nth Sydney Oval. Will try to find the photos saved somewhere...obviously the photo links must have expired at some point!Swannies for life!Comment

These are the only two I have on my current computer...presenting the award. I would love to find one of the actual book too!Swannies for life!Comment

How about this. What if there was a top five leaderboard published each week, but the order of the top five is not shown. What you will see are changes in who is in the top five, as players move in and out throughout the season depending on votes.
I'd find that really interested. Thoughts?

I agree. Publish the top whatever by guernsey number and maybe include the spread of votes too, like Liz did in the countdown. "11 players got votes this week".
And may the leaderboard doesn't get updated until at least 25 votes are received??
If we can get 60 odd RWOer's in the tipping comp. surely we can get twenty five votes each round."Fortunately, this is the internet, so knowing nothing is no obstacle to having an opinion!." Beerman 18-07-2017Comment

Also, have a footer on the 'time to vote' post each week which explains what the TLM is, whom it is named after, and how to vote. Try to encourage brand new voters. I was reading RWO for a couple of years before I understood what the mysterious 'TLM' was.Comment
