You better tell the Coach! He keeps saying how much better the Swans are with Reid "up forward".
The eternal connundrum "what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object" was finally solved when David Hasselhoff punched himself in the face.

If they want him to play forward, there's only one spot he can take, Sinclairs. Is capable enough to give a Little ruck relief, probably provides more as a forward.

It's interesting to me that the two players I kind of under-rated until they came back into the team were McGlynn and Rohan, and haven't they lifted us a notch over a very good start. I suspect the same will hold for Reid, he adds a bit of an X factor and if he can come in and play a full four quarters regularly and tear a game apart like he has flirted with before then he could be a huge player for us.

Sinclair is solid and he does a good job in his role. I understand how he cops a bit of flak but he's part of our best 22 for sure.

The reality is we are having a dream run injury wise so the spot will probably open up but right now Hewett would be the logical out for mine. I rate him and he has a huge future for us but right now I feel he drifts in and out of games a bit.

The latest on George, a tough guy:

Youngster George Hewett carrying tradition of tough Sydney Swans midfielders
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

Agreed. He has added a touch of poise and class to the midfield that is different to the grunt that we have with other players. His disposal is very good
