This is a great article about McGlynn, with some well-written phrases. "There was some kind of stillness to the Sydney fury that looked ominous."

I figured with us being one of only two teams left in the competition that we might get our fair share of airplay on 360. Nope. You'd have struggled to work out we were playing this Saturday. Freakn ridiculous.
Thank God Healy keeps them honest on OTC.Comment

What's the deal at the SCG? Do they show the game on the big scoreboard screen? Any food or drink available at the ground?Comment

Just yesterday it said that Friday was belting down, with Saturday clearing, Today it says Thursday belting down, Friday showers and Saturday clearing. Today is Tuesday, there will be a more accurate prediction on Friday
Captain, I am detecting large quantities of win in this sectorComment

Probs shouldn't have renewed in 2015 in that case.I see your point, don't agree with it but I see it.
And to those having a shot, remember to each their own. Zlatorog has shown his Swans passion many times on this board and if this is how he feels, this is how he feels and he's perfectly entitled to it. After the heartbreak of 14 it's not really that hard to understand.Comment

Haha? cringeworthy.Comment

OK a couple of things.
Firstly I obviously want the Swans to win but I feel a bit for the Dogs supporters. We,of all supporters should know what it's like to follow a team that had virtually no success for more than half a century.
Didn't we just go through that! Also having been at the last GF they played in brings it a bit closer. So if they happen to win I'd of course be upset but happy for their club!
Also don't blame the dogs for the hype they're not creating it it's the media
The other thing I want to say is if we do lose I hope we dont't go through the usual process of blaming:-
A.the umpires
B.An AFL conspiracy
C.Eddie Mcuire
D.Hawthorn
but rather except that they were better on the day
In conclusion...Go Swannies!Comment
