So we are back to what it has been for a long time now....but they don't tell the teams before the game, so the coaches of the other rounds matches get to learn from the Friday night game, yet the Friday night teams are the guinea pigs. Fair dinkum, we can bag the umpires but the idiots coaching them get away with changing the rules weekly. Talk about jobs for the boys/hacks.... Peter Schwab, please give me strength.

For a competition that sees itself as so professionally run, it still has some seriously amateur edges to it....

My only concern with AA and his disposal is his tendency to float his kicks
It looks like a chip shot in golf and the time that the ball spends in the air sometimes leaves the recipient open to body impact and a potential turnover,
It is of course balanced out by the magical time freeze skills he possesses

I'm feeling pretty confident at this point, that we'll get the win. Umpires, please stay out of it.

Other teams seem to mark their oppo much closer than we do. I know it's part of our style but it irritates the hell out of me. We need to mark the player much more closely when they have the ball, and spread and run quicker when we have it.

Having said that, the 2nd quarter was much better. We were harder at the ball and generally got it away better than in the 1st Q. I hope we can feed the forwards better in the next half.

He could be a slow developer but you compare him to say Florent and Haywood and its chalk and cheese. I can't see him being in our long term best 22 plans.
