Think he's a good player but i hate the way some commentators fawn over him whenever he goes near the ball. The dive he took against Buddy and the hissy fit he threw when a trainer tried to rub his face with a towel a few weeks ago make him look petulant.

I like Alex 'off the field'. he is a real character, but I don't particularly like him 'on the field'. I think he gets away with a lot which the umpires don't pay.

I'm at the game and Adelaide have forgotten they are in the grand final. Taking too long when they have the ball and handballing when they should kick.

So many Richmond supporters around me. I had to laugh when one came to talk to their friend and complain that there were 3 crows supporters sitting behind him. Poor thing!

That's what I was thinking. If Adelaide can't win, the swans wouldn't either.

Despite the advantages to Richmond as pointed out in some previous posts, Richmond are still playing better and if they win from here, they have deserved it, unlike the Fairypups last year.....Tigers pressure has been elite.......dare I say it, they are doing a Swans, and Adelaide look rattled. Of course it helps having a home game......if this was in Adelaide, I'm sure the result may be different.

What a load of rubbish. The Tigers are winning today because of their pressure. Not because of some concocted conspiracy.

I think the interstate clubs really have to push hard for GF's not to be locked in to the MCG....it's changing results of the most important game of the year and as such, the competition lacks credibility but we already knew that. Tigers will go down in history as deserved winners, they have been the better team but this match is at the wrong ground. How long do we have to wait for the MCG 'deal' to finish?

I don't think the umpiring has been even, but hasn't been the difference.

Tigers have taken away the crows system and pressure has been immense. So much intensity directed at the crows ball carriers.

The umpiring is more than free kick count. A couple of free kicks can swing momentum. At all about timing and location.

Anyway, Richmond finished 3rd and got to play every final at their home ground. If you can name one sport outside the NRL where this could happen, I'd be surprised.
