Rance did a similar thing last year and started the move that led to their winning goal. It was a gamble he had to take. Really Rohan should have been standing next to him

Towers finished on the bench. Great to see we learn from our mistakes.

Not sure who went to Bolton in the second half. He ripped us up first half, unsighted in the 2nd.

We played well to get back into the game but were really lucky the tigers didn't take their chances, especially Nank x 2

Nick Smith. One of his best games for a while.

                  We missed a few too.

I know it's hard to criticise Franklin. He's such a wonderful player. But it does surprise me that a man of his skill can't learn a set shot routine that works from 30m out. I get why his normal routine is ineffective from that distance but surely he's capable of developing an alternative approach?

Tigers aren't rubbish, they thrashed us in the first quarter, we outplayed them in the second half. I thought it was a great win by the Swans.

We did also miss some easy ones early on which made the gap bigger than it should have been.

Just nice to finally win a close one this year!

Great win....despite the 'flouro scum'. We're getting our 'never say die' mojo back. Very satisfying!!!

Yes, Newman was superb; especially in the third quarter. Papley wasn't far behind and I also thought that Heeney was excellent.

I'm beginning to think that if he's twenty or thirty metres out, then he should take it back twenty metres or so.

The tide turned in about the last 10 mins of the second quarter but we didn't put it on the scoreboard.
