Not sure if Parker appreciated that kick on the stroke of halftime?

Retro night. Jack, McVeigh, Hannebery, Parker our best so far. Good pressure. Holding nerve well.

So far Jones and Tippett have been Geelong's greatest assets.

Jones is having a shocker but my only knock on the side is we are getting killed out of the centre. Their 3 goals in the 2nd quarter came from direct clean centre clearances. What we have won have been scrappy kicks to players sitting behind the ball. Geelong have been first to the footy at clearances.

Jack's return to form has been so important to us, his pace is back, sure hands and skill efficiency have returned......great to watch.

Yes, speaking of pressure, Parker has 22 pressure acts in the first half. Just guessing, but it must be close to a record?

We got smashed that quarter according to the AFL, the Cats won eight more contested possessions and nine more clearances. We are missing Josh Kennedy. Glad we are 5 goals ahead.

Great first half, but Jones has had a complete shocker. Tippett has been less than impressive as well.

Good to see the pressure is back, umpires have been kind to us. Refreshing.

I'm still very impressed with Melican. Lloyd and McVeigh also very important. Bring it home baby.
