Given his poor finals performances...And his generally low output... I doubt he has much value at the trade table.
Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it's time to pause and reflect... MT

As he is on contract, next year he goes to the reserves until he can consistently get 20+ touches. In the meantime, he gets replaced by Dawson

I'm not saying yay or nay on this , but how likely is it that Gary will be traded , when we have stuck with a bloke who hasn't played for five years?

Rohan is an entertainer. He's in the side because he can change the direction of a game off his own boot. He can have a handful of possessions and still kick a bag of goals. He's fast enough to run down or run away from any opposition player. He's a strong lead and a good mark and an accurate kick for goal. He would walk into any other team in the AFL.

He's not in the side to be a high possession getter. He's there to do a job. Just like Reid, and Towers, and Smith and all the other low possession players.

I like watching Rohan play. He entertains me. Enough is never enough as far as that is concerned.

+1. The role he plays is very reliant on our pressure and structure being on song. This for the most part starts with our midfield. He doesn't play there. Name one other forward who played well in the 3 games that have been referenced apart from Buddy in 2014GF. Starting to tire of replying to an unhealthy obsession on the part of a few.

My daughters come to the footy with me but are certainly not crazy about it like me (they are young and there is time to turn them though). They know about three players - Buddy, Isaac, and...... Gary. I love the fact that they love Gary Rohan. He is a player that I and the kids love to watch (they also loved Jetta).

I think this debate comes back to that other debate about what people expect from the swans. Seems about 50/50.

Camp 1. We like to be entertained and just making finals is a successful year. Rohan stays.

Camp 2. We are here to win premiership's and the more the merrier. Rohan goes.

Maybe there is a 3rd camp who hope Rohan can change his ways, but how long do you wait?

I prefer red September, or maybe red October. Be causes when those months arrive he certainly goes missing! I reckon Cunningham is little better come finals pressure. Both of them looked liked scared rabbits being startled by headlights! After all the games they have played, it's pathetic.
