Maybe different fans! A good list but finals mean nothing.

Longmire is just a lucky lucky coach.

We are still doind the same thing and Hawthorn will still beat us because their coach has won FOUR.

The Longmire model can't even win a NEAFL GF. Think about it. Our system wins games just need some luck to win premierships.

I agree. We have no structure/system, no flexibility and our skills are poor. Seriously, if we can't kick it to the advantage of our teammate in a 1 on 1 then there is something wrong. Based on what I've seen so far we don't deserve to win this match.

Hard to watch this. When we are bad we are really really bad.

Not the point. Bud marks. Everyone stops. Umpire calls play on lots& loud. Only the Crows players react to tackle Bud en mass.

He marked it the first time but played on. I think he heard the umpire but thought he could swing around onto his left. Second mark should have been payed.

Much has been discussed on these threads about the Swans lack of 'plan B'.....I am wondering do we have a 'plan A'? Sure we've started better this year than last but i struggle to see what our 'game plan' is. For all the new talent in the coaches box, I'm not seeing much evidence of new innovation in the way we play. As for adapting to the oppositions tactics, it's non existent.

7 of our top 8 disposals are defenders. If the midfield decides to show up we might have a chance in the second half.

Crows replacement team to fade in the second half. I predict.

Swans just standing around and watching. What's going to happen when they get tired in the 2nd half. Of course we're getting beaten in air, being a much shorter side, but there's no compensation at ground level. They are beating us in every category, except interchanges (I also get tired just watching the game, so why not the players).

I see we've moved Rohan to defence and Mills to the midfield. It's a good idea, but Rohan trying to dispose of the ball under pressure can be an ugly sight.

Does anyone genuinely believe that this team will play this poorly in the second half ? Too many of our quality players with less than ten possessions that must lift and surely Adelaide can?t keep this effort up for the full four quarters.
Still expecting ( believing in ) a win for the Swans

Terrible statistic most inside 50?s conceded in a half since 2002!!!!!

Yup, but we?re less than 3 goals down. Bud quiet 5 disposals and one miracle goal. Paps quiet 3 disposals. Parker 4 disposals. JPK quiet just 6 touches. Heeney looked productive (yet just 6 tocuhes ... albeit quality. Hanners just 8 to half time.

If even half of these guys turn it on in the second half, 3 goals can be pegged back in 6 minutes.

Plus an undermanned Crows are playing out of their skins. Hard for an inexperienced squad to maintain that intensity for 4 quarters.

                          We?re still in this

Does not pay the buddy mark yet happy to give two free kick goals to Adelaide for holding the man, which no seem to notice. This umpiring is just becoming beyond a joke.

In fairness to Buddy, it 100% was a mark. If he heard a whistle he?d have assumed it was confirming the obvious. That was horrendous umpiring. Many of the constantly replayed best marks of all time were far more tenuous than that.
My opinion is objective truth in its purest form

I think we can come back - we?re lucky to be so close - both teams were looking a bit ragged before half time - we should - I hope- come home a bit better ....but who knows - between the swans mistakes and the woeful umpiring it?s a bit of a comedy show out there
