It would be a brave selection committee to bring back Rohan for a final, considering his finals record is far worse than his H&A record which is not exactly flash either.

Who we really need back is Reid.

Rohan should never again play finals football for Sydney.

          Rubbish, Reid is much needed.

Man it would be so good if we get Reid back. We need another experienced tall in the forward line. We really got found out in the 2nd half against hawks. Didn't have a target inside 50.
Man its tough waiting 2 weeks for finals footy to start!

I won't be surprised if Dawson loses his spot but I'd love him to stay in the team. He wasn't great against the Hawks but I think he suffered from the same blight as Aliir - a couple of early mistakes lead him to stop attacking the ball.

Even with Buddy back, we are still low on marking targets in our forward line and he genuinely offers that. His field kicking has also been quite good. He clearly doesn't yet get much of the ball but he's shown he can be prolific at NEAFL level so I expect him to progress quickly at senior level once he gets his confidence up.

I think these changes are spot on.

I actually mean't we are in trouble because he won't be available. But thanks for your comment.

I'd like to see O'Riordan in for the finals personally. He looked good when given his chance. Not sure who of the obvious trio comes out though.

Dawson and Newman each played about half of the last quarter, which would indicate they are the most likely to make way. Alternatively we could drop Fox and reinstate Newman to the backline where he was playing quite well in the first place.

There are likely to be a few changes to the Giants' lineup. I wouldn't risk Hanners before the trade period. He doesn't do much anyway except bring negativity on the field. Heir apparent to Brendan Goddard.

Be really cool to find targets who are leading into space not in the air with 4-5 other pairs of hands .

I'd leave Hanners on the sideline.
He's become too costly for my liking. Can't trust him enough to have an effective disposal.
At one point, he did something bad, m'kay, he proceeded to flap his arms around yelling at those around him to do something.
I can't really see St Kilda paying extra contract money for him - they'd be paying overs.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
