    Brave swans. Proud of them.

Not the most one sided umpiring I have seen but possibly the worst for sheer randomness and capricious inconsistency.
He had observed that people who did lie were, on the whole, more resourceful and ambitious and successful than people who did not lie.

Yep - the inconsistency is what is most frustrating.

Good effort boys. Two players down, both key midfielders. Can definitely hold your heads high. There is a lot to look forward to with these kids.

Not inconsistent. Consistently in their favour!

Rampe sheer stupidity, he even marked the spot himself.

Given no Hewitt or Kennedy for the last quarter it was a great effort. Rampe is a great player our captain and space cadet

We really needed to get an early goal in that last quarter and we would of possibly held on.

                  Great effort though tonight.

Seriously, we are going to blame the umpires for this one too??? Did Rampe not run over the mark by 2 meters??? Just like he climbed and shook the post 2 weeks ago and got away with it...

We played a Collingwood side that is missing probably 9 players from their best 22 and who would all walk into our team without a doubt!

They had 7 more scoring shots than us tonight, we are lucky it was that close. We need to be realistic at where we are at... if we were ever a chance to beat them then this was it and unfortunately blew it!

Time for a re-build through the draft.

Not sure anyone is blaming the umps, but they did get a very kind run in the last....

Hats off to Clarke, two weeks as a tagger, two big scalps, now looking like an inspired trade!

Sam Reid cops a lot on forums, undeservedly, just because he hasn't morphed into the next Wayne Carey like some expected, but he's had a good year and looks like Plugger has done wonders for his kicking :-)

Some of the stuff Blakey does is stunning, draft steal for sure.

Brave effort, shows that whilst we'll have a down year, the future is really bright, and suddenly we're playing footy we all want to watch.

Apart from some non decisions and another Rampe brainfart (I'll admit it now....but Nicholls was hot on it), overall it was a great effort by our boys and there is a lot to be excited about for the future. The Bloods are back.....

We need to take Rampe off the field with about 4 minutes to go. Brain fades are a worry. Really proud of the boys tonight, they battled really we'll and having no Kennedy and Hewitt really hurt us in the last quarter. Buddy was not 100% fit either.

Yep. Great effort with those player's injured. Had our chancesthat q but unfortunately didn't take them.
Hope the injuries aren't too bad.

Blew it in the first 7-8 minutes of the last when we had 3 good chances but could only kick 2 behinds from them.
