How do people who purchased tickets for round 1 AFL matches from TicketMaster or Ticketek get the refunds that were promised?

I had purchased five tickets to match at Adelaide Oval individually (as I couldn’t get seats as a group). Ticketek refunded total monies (including booking fees) to the credit card I used on 16 March - so before the match took place. I was quite impressed.
So if you haven’t received a refund something has gone astray. I suggest you follow up with the booking agency.
