Strangely ethralling armwrestle. Our kids look unpolished but the rsw potential is there. Play em I say.

Blakey looks in a real hole at the moment. They should be playing him through the wing.

I am actuallu impressed with hayward in defence today. Has a bit of Leo about him.

Thanks Swans for a great three quarters of hard footy.
He had observed that people who did lie were, on the whole, more resourceful and ambitious and successful than people who did not lie.

Depending on severity, often a 6 week recovery. A grade 1 could be quicker. But the mechanism on Joey’s looked ugly. I’m not sure you’d bother rushing him back for the last 1/3 of the season if we were right down the bottom. Hopefully it’s not as bad as it looked ????

2 weeks if a mild grade 1. 6 typical. 8 if it’s a high grade 3, conservatively managed that responds well.

This will not make any highlight reels because there have been none.

It's not compelling football, but the coaching staff have worked out a good plan for this game. We had some good passages of play and look well organised, considering the lack of experience.
The aim is to win the game. We can’t score so we can’t win.

SuperCoach would rather focus on limiting the damage than developing players

              What about Rowbottom's goal?

At least they have had a real go.

That is a good sign. Young debutants doing well. Mills playing very well IMHO. We just don't have a natural forward beyond Papley.

The ABC Grandstand commentators called it a "gift" and struggled to figure out how he wasn't under pressure when he was actually pushed over the line....except Victorian Luke Ball, who was happy with it.....no surprise there.

Has Blakey had a touch yet?

This has nothing about being successful. It is about astounding selection decisions even before Aliir. It is about the 'what the @@@@' game plan that will never win a footy match.

We picked the tram for slippery conditions probably. Coaches are not idiots.

Blakey and Stoddart to go out next week with Kennedy, the rest of the team has been good with effort. Our defence has been amazing, forward line not so much

Certainly enough good signs in what is a development year for us . Very frustrating to watch though, but I understand why they aren’t bombing long as the result is turnover rebound and scoring opportunities for the opposition.

They’ll need to start trying something though, still need to at least try to win the game.

That Parker goal would have come in handy. I think I've seen Martin get away with a few of those.
