Thats the other extreme. But with Jobkeeper, its frame of usefulness is if the pandemic lasted 6 months or less. After that its actually has a negative value, and you are far better putting the same money into JobSeeker.
(ie, its far better for employee's to transition to actual jobs than keep them waiting for zombie job that may not actually be viable)
Rushed implementation (fair enough), but lack of refinement and reviews has allowed the vultures to find its weaknesses and rort it.

Agree about the rorting of jobkeeper however - but that is not necessarily because the concept itself is bad, but a reflection of poor implementation by the Feds.
