form letters and the lack of a reply to complaints at all that offends. It's like talking to a bank. I'm not that surprised to be honest.
I know the Swans (and other AFL clubs) push the "we're all in this together" malarkey and try to make out they are some sort of
community club. But they aren't. Anyone who has been involved with a lower leagues or junior club will know that. That by the way
is an experience I would recommend.
