We may even make that happen, play Buddy closer to goal and ask Sinkers to repeat his nullification efforts, this time on Moore.

I suspect we'll see someone else line up on Buddy, with Moore given the job on someone like McLean or Sinclair (if he plays) and they'll back him to use his smarts and athleticism to mark and rebound.
    Similar thoughts occurred to me.

No, but they are casting doubts on him pretty much all week in Melbourne. Not exactly saying he is gorn, but one can read between the lines. TB is right.

Caught a bit of the Dean Cox interview on SEN this morning. With selection, said there could be 1 or 2 changes this week but are trying to stabilize the team so they get chance to jell together. This is in reference to the 5-6 changes that were made few weeks ago against Gold Coast which could have destabilizing affect. In relation to Buddy struggling to kick 50m last week, said they are no issues with his fitness as he's completed full training this week and 10 days leading into last week's match. Just got beaten on the night (which doesn't happen often) and hoping for an improved performance this week.

No idea what rock you have been living under, been everywhere here ! some flog rung into SEN the other day and was already retiring Buddy

As i said i bet none of these people would have the guts to walk up to a modern day great like Buddy and air their criticisms and doubts to his face ! Cowardice

Dont give a #### what Cox says Franklin was not fit last week ! ZERO confidence in his kicking and why would he when his first one ran out of gas in the tank before it got to it's stop !

I think I should clarify, I should have written "nobodies "havin' a go" at Buddy on RWO."

                  !
Buddy doesn’t have to prove it to anyone. He also can handle it fine. Been under the spotlight for such a long time. Even with his mental health issues, I reckon he is at peace with all the footy commentary around him.

I worry more for Rowbottom who is just starting out and can come across such vile comments from you that he is not good enough.

O’Riordan and Sinclair both named in the VFL side. It looks like Hewitt and Heeney will come in as other likely selections are also named in VFL.

Edit: Blakey also a chance to come in as he’s not named in VFL.

I think it's called opinion.....would have the guts to walk up to James Rowbottom and say the things you say about him on here to his face?

You bet i would. Said several weeks ago that my opinions of him would be tame compared to what he would cop from JL. Needs to pull his finger out if hes ever gonna be anything more than just a decent mid and he wont get there by being coddled.

Does anyone know what Gulden's injury is? UPDATE: Stress reaction in his foot, not expected back until after the bye in 5/6 weeks

I'm guessing they might give Blakey a crack in the ruck.

Clearly a stronger side; let's win.

Although Blakey rucked a few times in his VFL game, I’d be surprised if he was used there against Cameron. I could be wrong but it just doesn’t feel likely to me.
