That was an awesome finish from Amartey - wouldn't be out of place in the European final tomorrow morning. We absolutely deserved that bit of luck at the end though, after the throwing infused come back of the dogs.

      Absolutely did I think.

Dawson has been outstanding so far, he is such a dangerous player when given room to work.

Umpiring got on top that quarter, but we look good. Bulldogs are super dangerous on the rebound and have been cutting us up with that. But we have been really good with our tackling pressure and using the corridor.

Great post. Gary Liniker would have loved that tap in.

Pretty good first half I thought. Swans more than holding their own, and always nice to end on the psychological high of a late goal from a shocking opposition error

Long way to go yet though, but I'm happy with what I've seen so far.

Cunninghamnear kicked two down Dog's players throats. Nowhere near our players. He kicked tree times into the forward line. Once to a teammate and twice to an intercept player.

Apart from the odd glaring miscalls I think we are doing reasonably OK with the umps. And we can do a bit of throwing of our own if needed.

The youngsters are really showing their mettle. The oldsters need a quiet word or two from Longmire.

The defence is also looking a bit more stable.

I don't know why the argument about the goal post technology. It picked up a nick on the goal post. That's what the goal review is there for.

I thought we were favoured by the umpiring, especially that blatant push in the back my McCartin which would have led to a near certain goal.

The main thing is that we're playing some very good footy and outplaying arguably the best team in the game atm. The bulldogs are missing some very key players, but their depth is amazing and they can afford to be down a few stars and still look to be at full strength.
