Right now, among our youngsters, JMac has been the race leader since he came back into the side last year. You could see what he'd become since that moment and he's kicked on magnificently. Others have done well too.

But based on the glimpses we saw from him last year, I've held the view Stephens has the potential to be the best of the lot. I hope he succeeds.

He's been exhibiting the occasional sign of what Shane Wakelin described as gumpy old man syndrome.

Hoping that Stephens has a Blakey style break out game. Will make the team even more dynamic with their ball movement if he can. Make Longmire drop someone else.

It has to be Chad next week. It’s not even a debate if he’s fit.

Don't get me wrong, I dig Chad too. But if Stephens does fantastically, then it becomes: who goes out? A nice problem to have.

Sam Wicks. Rotate his role between Florent, Parker and Chad.

Wicks is now the selection tables low hanging fruit after Bell had filled that role for a number of weeks.

Wicks plays a totally different role for the team to those three guys!

                  Hooray, Stephens
Bell has 4 games the same and finally gets dropped.

Looks like Bell hit a trigger for another year at Swans too

Bell deserves another season on the list. Still his recent form is not strong enough to hold a spot in this strong, full strength team.

Is today the day that the families are out of quarantine? That should help cheer Bud up if he's a little grumpy.

A batch of our team are about to test the theory of whether getting jiggy with it affects performance

Hewett . I know he's popular on here he's a good player but lets face it he is the odd man out once Chad comes back . Last week we gave up on him in the mids and played Jmac in their instead for his speed So if Stephens has a good one then that pushes Hewett out even more

Ummm, somehow I don’t think we’re going to relegate Luke Parker to the role of defensive, pressure forward.

Papley is a small pressure pressure forward as well.

It’s not relegated it’s rotated through there. Maybe when they go forward they don’t kick to Wicks often because he rarely wins one on ones and is the least dynamic out of Franklin, Heeney, Papley and Hayward. If you had Parker up forward one on one you are probably kicking the ball to him more than the other guys. The other guys would then become the pressure forward if the ball goes to ground.

You then rotate Florent (great shot at goal) and Chad in there. Chad would put on a lot of pressure on and you could have him also in the centre square.
