        The AFL is tweeting that Bell is playing and Ronke is sub: AFL on Twitter: "We've got a late change for #AFLSwansNorth with Sam Wicks replaced in the @sydneyswans selected side by James Bell .

        Medical substitutes:
        @sydneyswans - Ben Ronke
        @NMFCOfficial - Aiden Bonar"

            Wish they'd give Lewy Taylor a go over Ronke and Bell.

            If it was Sheldrick or one of the young uns I wouldn't mind, but I think Taylor deserves a run over those two

              Strange to see the north players all duck under their tiny banner on the run out. Was that so they can a few bucks and reuse it next week [emoji1787][emoji1787][emoji1787]

                I think that its a like for like substitution. Sheldrick can also play that pressure forward role but Bell has more experience in seniors in that role. I don't mind the change.

                  Good to hear that the game may be played in reasonable conditions. My main concern is in the Ruck. They have two good ones playing. We have one playing with a question mark over his ability to play well in that position.

                    Beautiful at the very moment. But it's like 15 minutes sun, then cloud, then a quick rain, then rinse and repeat. One of those crazy days weather wise but good for the moment.

                      North bringing the pressure early, we look a bit too relaxed so far

                          JHF seems to be a free kick machine! Selwood like!

                            The kick for goal was one thing, but to read the play on where the ball was going from the pack was even better by Bell.

                              AFL on ice...I did not think it had rained much in Sydney today.

                                Fumbling, slipping over, dropping marks - reminds me of last week.
