McLean has a lovely, pure kicking action.

Mills, Chad and Rowbottom starting to swing things our way in the midfield.

Oh and the TV commentators don't seem to think the Swans are actually playing- they barely mention us...

Someone needs to remind them that the Swans have the most supporters in Australia, and North the least of all the Melbourne clubs.

I wish Reid could kick like Mclean and McLean mark and present like Reid.

I suppose we have to be happy we fought back but I'd like a bit more inspiration.

          Warner lifted a bit.

I wonder if Parker is carrying an injury?

JPK is a legend, one of the best to have played for us. But he has looked off the pace today. Just that burst of speed and split second decision making. I really hope he can finish his career in the AFL but I think the signs are not good.

Well they're not far off it. We haven't turned up yet.

Me too, but by gee it feels like he is struggling. Just looking for that extra bit of time that isn't there.

Good fight back end of the quarter with the help of some umpiring. You could see our intensity lift and we were able to play our game style. We pressured the North players and caused them to fumble.

                    Where's Will.

Lloyd having a howler. His kicking is woeful.

Centre clearances back to our poor old standard.

Nice that we managed to get back in front by half time.....but the 'Bloods' spirit seems to go missing when we play crap sides.....what's with that?

Is it the weight of expectation? Is it that we just don't think we need to try that much to win? In a professional sporting environment, you would think they would have their heads around these things, ie: that any team coming off a 100+pt thrashing is going to be giving it a 'red hot go'....and subsequently, we should be too. Apparently not.

                      Give them a bake Horse!

I was wondering the same thing...I couldn't see a free there. He likes playing for frees and he flops a lot. He is a very unlikable player.

Ladhams struggling to have a major impact. Really missing Hickey - his work around the ground and his clearances are invaluable.

Liked Reid's work. Has been heavily involved which is what we need. With Logan kicking 3 with 16 possessions and 11 marks in reserves, I suspect our best tall setup is Buddy, Reid and Logan although McLean is a beautiful set shot.

Lloyd has been really off this year.

Hard to really asses what is happening when you are watching the game on an iPad but anyone who felt that Sam Reid was a bad selection choice needs to reconsider I think he has almost been our best player so far.
Not much input from some of our key players in Isaac , Luke, Will and Errol in the first half .
Would hope that Ladhams can offer a bit more moving forward hasn’t looked like a top line player yet but it is his first game for us so need to give him a chance

Yes and Mahony is much the same.

Thought Mills, Rowbottom and Warner got us going. Liked Campbell today.

It seems like teams lift when they play us...even the "crap" teams. You could say it's a compliment to us but I wish for a change it didn't happen! As soon as I saw the North score last week I knew we would be in for a hard game.
