Bell picks the ball up and can stand up in a tackle. We confuse strong mature body with big bodied ball inning clearance mids.

Never looks like breaking a tackle, line or applying the fwd pressure a fwd needs to

Captain, I am detecting large quantities of win in this sector

Hard to decide if Carlton crowd or biased commentary was more nauseating.

I was suprised we could see the screen in the second quarter, the way that pair in the commentary box were going at it.

I guess Brayshaw has @@@@@@@ all to hope for his LolNorf, so will jump on any gravy train for a bit of relief.

They are instructed to act that way AFL just needs Essendon to get their @@@@ together so they can all bask in the glory days of the mighty V.

Still 1 on 1 has some work to do as his body build strength, but he reads the game well, uses the ball well, and is a good kick of the footy in general play. He is going to be an utter beast of a player in the not too distant future.
I’d love to see Logan play as a deep forward. Great hands and generally a lovely kick.

Bud at CHF/HFF or on a wing. He’s still bombing then from 45-60+ meters and his laser like passing makes me think “Jordan who?”. I could get used to “Buddy to Logan” or “Logan watches another booming Buddy kick sail over his head”!

I might need something more substantial than that

If St Kilda win and Geelong and Richmond all have big enough wins, we could be 8th by rounds end.

Go Suns against Dogs to keep them 2 games behind us in ninth.

Madness if we extend Buddy before seasons end

Get thru unscathed and resign in the offseason or in finals if we get there

                  Look at Joey

Its about right we are around 8th-10th.

We struggled to put away North! where every side is pumping them by 10 goals+

Although I said I'm happy, that is a more sensible approach.

Logan didn't fumble a ball all night, on the ground or in the air. He's smart, runs hard, is athletic and courageous. Great kick. Humble. He wants to be a Swan. The three picks from that draft are where it's at.

Probably right but disappointing as it means we've gone backwards.....but I sort of think now that we somewhat over achieved last year.

Absolutely. We seemed a bit lost down back in general. Too many Blues were able to get Goal-side, which was a bit of a worry.

Really glad we fought our way back into the game though. Lots of lessons still to be learned but it was much better than the ten-goal loss that looked likely at half time.

Well of course we lost Dawson and Hewett without bringing anyone in.

We caught the competition by surprise last season.

Hickey 2021 was one of the most dominant from a ruck i have seen.

Our 2 most structually important players are over 30 and nearing the end Rampe and Hickey.
