Yes! I hadn’t watched last half of last week’s game as picking up kid’s from various activities until later on Friday. Then flew to Fiji on Sat morning, . Watched replay today. Oliver looked a mess (usually does) - and the damage to cheek was from last week.

Having said that, there was definitely contact with the eye from Berry. He will serve a week I reckon. Played a great game.

Freo were the second best defensive side in the league during the H&A season, so clipped a lot of games. But they were only 12th in scoring and barely ahead of Adelaide and Bombers. You’ve got to find a way to score against teams with good defences in finals and they’ve struggled.

Yes their run is unbelievable. The last time we played them we were able to stop that, apart from 5 minutes in the last quarter. We have to bring the pressure as well as control the ball. Simple ????.

What’s weird is Freo think the solution to a few small deficiencies in their list is going all in on Luke Jackson, and sacrificing a bucket of salary cap space (and therefore players) to do so.
