    Hi Everyone,

Mods I am not sure if this is permissible, but I have a ticket for the game against Port in the Red Zone, which unfortunately I can't attend. If it's ok please pm me and I will gladly pass it on gratis.

And too many stats leaves one unable to see the forst for all the trees. Gotta be some balance yes.

No I think Buckley is past it - It could have been expressed it more clearly.

Fox to sub would be a good shout. Can play all positions and be a good way to get some match fitness into him

Fox needs one or two games under his belt. Sheldrick as sub for me.

Agree with you comments on Lloyd taking the kick ins, but as far as dropping three defenders at the same time is ludicrous. One loss does not constitute wholesale change. The final score did not indicate the evenness of the game. One team kicked 15.1 from set shots, the other approximately 6.9 from set shots. Melbourne were clearly the better side on the day, however they certainly took advantage of their chances.
We also gave away 5 or 6 goals from free kicks and 50 meter penalties, and were constantly playing catch up football as a result.
Hopefully the young players will learn from this.
Harry Cunningham is playing half forward.

I'm not quite certain if they are saying Lloyd and Blakey go out. Or are they saying Lloyd does not take kick ins ever again and Blakey needs to stay on his man? Not sure

I believe Gould needs to come in. Not a fan of the team the way it is. Cunningham is not good enough. I am disappointed in both Stephens and McInerney in the last two weeks. They have both failed to attack the ball with the ferocity they need to play AFL footy. In fact each had an incident against the Hawks where they simply didn't attack the ball at all. you can't pick and choose when and where you attack the ball and when you don't. If the ball is there to be won attack it. In the Melbourne match both had several occasions where the same happened. Maybe a stint in the reserves will take any reticence away.

Ladhams has started well. It’s amazing how far a bit of effort goes.

Christ, the sooner Franklin retires the better for us. Sad to say, but he is a dead set liability atm.
