Willing to be all argy-bargy against the Giants but when the balls in play barely laying a tackle
Kind of embarrassing and very unSwans like
However if we kicked straighter and they weren’t such dead eyes the game would be a entirely different storyComment

I don't know why folks are surprised with the Florent to Greene matchup. Toby is too strong in the air for Lloyd, Cunningham and Campbell. I would prefer a different matchup, but it's hard to find one in our defensive unit today. Fox or Rampe would have been more natural opponents.Comment

I do feel for the players and coaches such a drop off from only a few months back is disheartening.
But quite a few are cracking in really hard Parker, Rowbottom and Clarke.
Franklin looks extremely dangerous as does Hayward, Heeney we are probably not being told how bad his foot is seems to have lost all penetration in his kicking.
Francis has been okay as has LadlamsComment

He hasn't been amazing, but Francis looked more comfortable as the game has gone on.

Same again
We rush in numbers and then an opposition player peels off directly backwards and GWS handball over top to their free player
If we are winning when rushing the ball in numbers no probs
But we are struggling last two weeks in this fundamental area and have to have a plan B
Have to"be tough, only when it gets tough"

Definitely some coaching issues- although it just may be the modern emphasis on attack and the many many incomprehensible frees given away when players tackle. I think the latter causes some players to second guess whether to tackle. The arbitrary nature of the rules is somewhat annoying to us but must be utterly infuriating to coaches and totally bewildering to playersComment
