Was at the game so will watch the replay, few things of note
Buddy and Logan did a lot of good things
    Hayward awesome, was everywhere
Heeney tackles hard and competed in the air
Mcinerney tough and mobile, was always an option
Cambpell awesome and clean loving the wing
Errol they targetted, played well but needs to get behind the mark quicker when he has it
Harry great in defence against the biggest diver in the comp
Paps was good in the middle
    Ollie always has time
    Parker and Rowy both bulls
We seem to stick more tackles tonight

But the move of the night was Mills to the wing, he exploited the inexperience of Freos wings and was everywhere

Longmire said this move was made because Mills was a ‘bit banged up’ from training this week.

The old boys - Parker and Buddy were fantastic.

Though J Mac and Rowbottom were very good too. Also credit to the two rucks, I don’t mind that setup.

A win against Essendon next week would be massive.

Our 1st quarter was fantastic and won us the match. The next 3 were an arm wrestle and Freo played pretty well and threw everything at us. Wilbur played very well as did the whole team- my only reservation was about some disconnect in our backline at times and the Lizard was sadly out of touch, which is below his usual high standard. Very happy with the win, especially our ability to halt their momentum time and time again!

I think against a side like Freo that have so many small fwds that tackle, it always going to be hard for the Lizard to get going as he is always under pressure.

Straight kicking cant be underestimated, wrestled back momentum time after time with reward going forward.

I thought Buddy was fantastic in the third quarter and Hayward and Errol both had key moments where they created turnovers.

Slightly optimistic perhaps but it could be us who makes the eight and the Cats who miss.

Late to the party! Great win last night! We always seem to like playing in the West, so I was hopeful we'd turn up. I think it's probably because the conditions are usually always pretty nice and we are now a team that likes to play in dry conditions and use our foot skills etc.

It's great to see our set shot goal kicking improve, which is what kept us at arms length for most of the 2nd half for a change!

Finally, I'm gad that Wilbur had a good game as he really needed to! He should consider himself extremely lucky that we don't really have anyone at the moment that can play his role, or else he really should have been dropped weeks ago! Showed a lot of character last night to play a match winning performance like that, so well done Wilbur!

Impressive turn out of Swans supporters last night at the game. I've been going to the Swans games in Perth since the first one they played here and the joke at the time was that you could fit all the swan supporters in a phone box.
                    Where's the remote?

Agreed andy0414 - the Swans crowd looked impressive on the show - well done to Swans Perth fans!

The West Aussie Swans fans really turn up and make a lot of noise! Great to see and hear!

There's a WA Swans social group, isn't there?

On that performance maybe buddy should play agin next year (maybe every home game) to give him a chance to play another finals series.

Would he consider it? On last night’s form, home games could be an option- he was terrific.

The performance by Buddy is even more impressive after reading Longmire saying that he got a knock to his knee at the start of the game. He said he got on the bike to warm up and rode like he was wearing the yellow jersey in the Tour De France ????.

I don't think he will play next week, which would be a shame as I want to watch him live one last time.
