This is not a knock on Scott who can only answer their questions and he did praise us by saying that we absorbed their pressure well and that this has been a trademark of ours for a number of years. The journos carried on like they were members of a Bomber Fan Club.
It is weird isn't it. Technically at least, these so-called journos are adults. You'd think at some stage they should have moved
on from being starstruck kids. But I geuss not. During the post-game thing on Fox the boys had to be reminded that the
Swans had played in the game. They were quite surprised to hear that.

Brilliant to get the win and that’s the main thing that counts.

Amazing what a good sleep does.....good to see you two coming around.

Once again, Errol just misses out on the 10 coaches votes.

          9 Errol Gulden (SYD)
          7 Kyle Langford (ESS)
          5 Zach Merrett (ESS)
          3 Jye Caldwell (ESS)
          3 Joel Amartey (SYD)
          3 Dyson Heppell (ESS)

Really surprised Justin McInerney didn’t score a couple of votes. He was more impactful than Heppell.

              Breakdown possibilities?

              Gulden 5-4
              Langford 4-3
              Merrett 5-0
The other 3 two are 2-1 and the other 3-0

              OR

              Gulden 5-4
              Langford 5-2
              Merrett 4-1
The other 3 two are 3-0 and the other 2-1

Scott was quite effusive about Langford in his press conference so I’m going to say it was him that gave Langford 5

I'm very surprised Scott thought one of his players was better than Gulden.

I'm not. He's Brad Scott. He (and his brother) have a habit of reeling off all the stats in the game that they won, even when they lost the only stat that matters. I'm kinda surprised he didn't think the best five players were all Bombers.

Can someone remind me what team won this game and what team was in front by 4 goals at 3 quarter time. Perplexing.
