I agree with this point as I have noticed over time that with disputed goals against the Swans, the goal umpire usually says "I think it was a goal" and for disputed goals for the Swans they often say "I think it was a behind".....thereby giving the advantage in the case of 'not enough evidence to overturn' to our opposition. I really hate that!

Add last touch out of bounds and the game would be so much easier to umpire.

But could the game stand the lack of controversy? What would Whateley and Robbo have to talk about. AFL 360 could be reduced to a 10 minute program once a week.
So now we can handball goals in footy? Never heard anything so silly in my life. Are we just trying to destroy the game for convenience sake?

So they will not be getting any favorable treatment at the judiciary tonight. Dwayne Russell even sarcastically said that they may increase his suspension by a week. Talk about a pile-on. It was a mistake, it has been acknowledged so as per the current rules jut get on with it. I hope that Longmire and the boys use this as ammunition and galvanize the squad.
McCartin got off.....free to play. The enemies will go berserk!

            I don't have Fox so I didn't realise that. Fair enough. Agree, he's certainly a Geelong-twat.

The tribunal bought my head-butting defence. I was always confident it would work.

                As inconclusive as everything else.

Goal umpire was in perfect position and was very confident in his decision. And Lloyd does seem to be pointing up at the post before ump called the point ….

To be fair, there was a very decent segment on the McCartin tribunal decision on AFL360 tonight. The decision was explained in detail. Whateley and Robinson agreed with it.

Whateley and Robbo are an odd (quite watchable) couple, I’m not as addicted as I used to be bc they don’t spend a lot of in-depth on the Swans.

Would improve 100% if they got rid of Andy Maher. How he has survived in the media for so long has me astonished.

When it happened, the commentators thought it was a goal. When they looked at a slo-mo replay, they thought it had hit the padding.
