I have diagnosed the issue with "remember me" not working.

As I mentioned earlier, I was logging in with https://www.redandwhiteonline.com. After logging in, the site was redirecting my browser to "redandwhiteonline.com" (no www). The login was not valid for the latter website, so I had to log in each time.

I edited my bookmark to remove the "www" and this fixed the problem for me.

Apologies for that downtime, I overlooked setting up an auto purge of the database archives so ran out of disk space. That sent the website down. All fixed and properly set up now.

I have no idea what you're using to view the forum, but control-+ increases the font size in Firefox. Perhaps there's a similar setting that's available for your browser or software?

Woohoo, thank you TS. I use Safari on my Apple devices. I had poked around in Safari settings earlier, but your reply led me to take a closer look. And lo and behold there is Page Zoom setting which I have now increased from 100% to 150%. Problem solved!

1. what the black triangle with an exclamation mark inside it, next to some thread names, means.

2. is there a way to increase the font size? I find it seriously challenging to read at the font size that appears for the forum on my iPad.

Anyone else getting a bunch of random ? Marks appearing in posts when posting from the mobile site? Really strange.

Danzar, I really appreciate you getting the site back up and running. I missed it more than I thought. But when I go to post (either from my phone - that I never could before) or my computer I'm told my post has to be approved. I'm guessing the same will happen to this. It kinda kills spur of the moment.

I've approved two posts you've made today. No idea why this is happening to you. It does seem to only be you, apart from actual spamming accounts.

Edit: Actually it's not just you. I just approved a pending post from Big Cat. But it's not everyone. And not many. I just went to poke around the admin and moderation modules to see if there is some flag against your name. But I can't see where such a flag might be if it is possible to put an approval requirement on a poster's posts. I have a feeling it is, or has been in past versions of the software. I'm pretty sure it's been used for a couple of irritating posters. But if it's still there I don't know where. Danzar will need to dig a bit further because it's beyond my know-how.

Yes it was, the new server had emails blocked by default, which I've lifted. Have you test whether that resolves it. I'll PM you

Hi Dan, I found a PM in my RWO account that I was not aware of as it did not come through to my email account (as used to happen). Nor is it in my email spam folder. So I am wondering if the RWO function that forwarded PMs to personal email accounts is no longer working?

I haven't seen that issue. What type of device and browser are you using to login?

I'm using Firefox on Windows 10.
