I sometimes quickly re-edit my saved posts to fix minor grammar errors i'd missed. For most part it's not an issue, but occassionaly just like now in the List Management thread, it cracks a wobbly.

i haven't had trouble starting new threads until recently with the 2026 Preseason thread. I'd inserted a club link with the new thread with no re-edits, but it cracked same wobbly upon saving.

I've only noticed this happening via my mobile so far (which is where i mostly do my RWO posts) compared to my Windows PC which appears to be immune.
Occasionally I have posts put away for a short while to await approval. I think it's pretty well always when there's a link included.

Hi Liz, i've also noticed the paging issue you described above happening to me. It seems to last for just a few days and then it behaves properly. This is both on my Mobile & Windows PC.

There are some features of the site that still don't seem to be working correctly. For example, the horizontal and vertical chevrons that used to appear to help navigate to the first unread post or the last post in a thread no longer appear for me on my lap top (though do on my phone). Even in this thread, which had a new post, clicking on it took me to the first page and the button at the top next to the page number to allow me to navigate to the last page wasn't showing. I could only get here by typing "page 39" in the page number box.

Many of the other "buttons" appear like empty white boxes but I can't recall what they used to look like.

Hi team, apologies for the downtime. It wasn't an issue at our end this time. There was a global linux issue that had to be patched. When it ran in the evening of 29/9 it crashed some websites. The fix was more difficult than I expected and I wasn't able to get onto it until last night.

There's a button at the bottom of each post called "flag". It's equivalent to the old "report post' button. If you hit that (and use 'spam' as the reason), a red flag arrives at the top of my screen. I'm more likely to see that if I pass by the site in a hurry than a post in this thread. I do try to keep an eye on those flags because we still have a few rare occasions of legitimate posts being caught by the spam filter, and I try to attend to those as soon as I see them.
Okay, will do: if the need arises.

Looks like there's a bit of phishing in the Swans News Feed section. God knows what's behind the link, but I'm certainly not going to click on it.

No big deal, but sometimes new responses don't seem to register in the menu. That is, the red chevron to signify a new post doesn't appear, the response count remains the same and in its current manifestation, if I push the icon that should take me to the last post in the list management thread, it goes to page 80 instead of page 82.

    I've approved your post.

There's no need for you to post an alert in this thread. When I visit the site, the first thing I see is alerts at the top of the page warning me if there are posts waiting to be moderated. I'll see that alert before I scroll down and see any post in this thread.

Of course, it might still mean it takes a while before a post is approved (or deleted if it truly is spam) since I have to visit the site to see alerts. Today I was out and about (at a Magritte exhibition at AGNSW).until late afternoon.

Hi Liz, it's happened to me again in my latest post in the List Management thread even though i have no links inserted & just responding to my earlier post. Sorry to bother you again!

I've approved that post. Have no idea why random posts are identified as spam. There are a lot of actual spam posts correctly identified as spam (and dealt with) - far more than the occasional valid post that gets caught by the filter. So the filter is definitely of value (to me, having to deal with the actual spam posts).

Hi Administrators, my recent post in the 2025 fixture thread included a club 2017 link which has been deemed as a possible spam & requires Admin approval. It won't let me edit my post. Can you please attend. Thanks.
