It did and as per my comment you just quoted, it still does.

in the old site there was a small blob between the icon and the thread name. Clicking on the took you to the first unread post. Clicking on the thread title took you (IIRC) to the first post in the thread.

it’s the same now except the dots have become two red, vertical chevrons.

I understood the post you were responding to was referring to the last message posted rather than the last the user hadn't read.

Fair enough. I didn’t read it properly because I figured the most common wish was to go to the first unread post. So that response was actually to your request.

i think if you click on the horizontal red chevrons that appear at the very end, after the time stamp of the last post, that takes you to the last post in the thread.

I ended up giving up on activating the old account. Emails, passwords, requests for help via the contact us, you name it. Zippo. Anyway, once again - thanks for all the help reviving the site and look forward to being part of it under the revised moniker.

Turns out Tapatalk yet to be released for this version of VBulletin. It's a new platform that only came out ten months ago. The site is really easy to use on a mobile. As soon as a stable version of Tapatalk is released I'll add it.

Thanks Dan. I haven’t read RWO thirough a browser for some years, so I will need to explore user options. I agree that the site is easy to read on mobile but the feature I loved on tapatalk was that I could set it to open automatically on unread discussions. So every new post — no matter which forum/sub-forum it was posted in — immediately appeared. Is there an equivalent setting here — I can’t see one?

In my dark desperate days, I messaged the RWO Twitter page admin and some others asking for any news about the site. Is the RWO Twitter site maintained by anyone in the admin group?

It's maintained by me. Turned out your DM went to that hidden inbox where messages from accounts you don't follow go (now fixed). I had been engaging with a few others during that time, and eventually found you and tagged you in updates. It's definitely monitored regularly, the one place you can go if the @@@@ hits the fan so to speak. Best to just tweet and tag the account rather than DM. Most don't think to use it, understandably so.

I rarely use Twitter, so I can’t figure out how to see where I was tagged, nothing in notifications area, so I was unaware.
