the sherrin was basically the premiership cup and he caught it.
its gonna be great to witness that over the years, i'm sure we're gonna see countless replays
Without a doubt, that mark will enter football legend along with such famous moments as Harmes' tap from the boundary in the 1979 Grand Final and Breen's point in the 1966 Grand Final. Single pieces of play that decide premierships are rare, so Leo Barry has gained membership of a very exclusive club.

I think it will. Plugger's point only got us into the Grand Final for the first time in 51 years, Leo Barry's mark won us the premiership for the first time in 72 years.

Leo was a Bloody Legend and hopefully he'll snatch it 4 us again next year!
My heart was thumping like a drum in those last few minutesof the game, i had to take a breather, hopefully the 'Bloodstained Angels' will win it again next year, the only disadvantage we've got next year though is that Jason'sgone, and gee, he played a bloody big match
Leo Barry just came running out of no where. That was amazing. Nick Davis goal - 3 secs to go. Leo Barry mark - 3 secs to go.
Vicky Pollard: Oh my god I so can't believe you just said that this is like the time I threw Anita's nokia in the canal as a joke and she's like you have well got to buy me another one and I'm like get over it and then Paul came over who's adopted anyway and started saying that I fancy Mark Bennett but oh my god just because I have sex with someone doesn't mean I fancy them.
"[T]here are things that matter more and he's reading and thinking about them: heaven, reincarnation. Life and death are the only things that are truly a matter of life and death. Not football."
Can't argue with that, and I want the first pic enlarged to poster size and laminated. The detail I particularly like is the arm of LRT as he takes out two Eagles to leave the ball to Leo without the umps noticing. SOS has taught him well and LRT has been an apt pupil.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)
