    Doesn't seem possible.

He was so passionate about NSW footy.

    And he was so young?

He'll certainly be sadly missed at RWO.

I can't believe this. One of the foundations of RWO, and to go so young. I'm still in shock.

Condolences to friends and family. We never met but through this medium I got a sense of an intelligent, passionate and thoughtful person. I'm sure he touched many more people through his writing and radio work.

What horrible news!!! He was so young!!! I feel as though it is a bad taste joke because he is too important to go.

I should not have read this at work as it has upset me so much.

                  Condolences to his family.

                    Tragic news.

Troy was a great bloke, with a big heart. His contributions to football in general, as well as this forum, will be sorely missed.

                    Condolences to his loved ones.

RIP Troy - a great supporter of Local Footy in Sydney and RWO.

                      I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

Like all I am bitterly disappointed to learn of Troy's passing.
He was such a great contributer to the local sporting scene and for a long time was a lone voice in promoting football at the grass roots level. While at Eastside radio he would jump on the train or bus and turn up at local games with his notepad and tape recorder to report on the games each week. It was almost compulsery listening at the SFL level which is almost unheard of in community radio. He expanded his show when moving to Koori radio to grow his sporting passion.
A very sad loss. My thoughts are with his family and friends.

I enjoyed listening to Troy on the radio, his contribution to not only RWO but his local community will be missed.

                                Very sad news.

He has been a long time contributor to RWO and whenever I heard about Sydney AFL on these pages it was usually presented by Troy.

Perhaps anyone who knew Troy personally could find out more information regarding his passing and funeral arrangements.
