I was there for all of 36 hours and I did not see one serial killing. I'm writing to Mr Rann to say I want my money back. (I've lived in Redfern, so I've seen a fair bit in my day, mind you).

Still, the Adelaide Hills are well worth a visit. Queen St Port Adelaide has nice historic buildings. And Glenelg the feel of the Northern Beaches (even better, no Sea Eagles!)

Besides. My comment has nothing to do with the move to sydney, rather the view people have on other Victorian teams, nay make that Victoria full stop. Insecurity I do believe has set in even in their short lifespan with the swans.

Like you, I'm a Victorian myself. I'm in a good position to see for myself how cynical, how closeted, how xenophobic the average Victorian is of the AFL. Most of them - such as Neored on here - are in denial that the AFL saved the competition.
