Only disappointment was when he dropped that mark early in the first quarter and gave us a bit of a scare. But otherwise, superb.

Also some of those posessions haynes picked up were non effective like handballs that went no where in a pack situation so really kirky kept haynes to about 4-5 effective normal possys - incredible

Kirk sure did another great job.

Unfortunately for me he will just about single-handedly stop me from winning the AFL's fantasy football competition this season. Sitting 5th before this week, my team is taking a beating this round due mostly to Kirk restricting my trump player Hayes. And its not the first time he's done it to me this season. Those 4 free tickets to the GF could well go in handy this season!

Too right. I think that shocking miss when Lenny rushed the kick from ten metres had a lot to do with the fact that Kirk gave him no room to breathe all night.

LOL - I'm sitting 3000th or somewhere like that, but Hayes has been my gun player as well, and has been captain for last few weeks (for those not playing the AFL game, the captain scores double points). As the game started yesterday I suddenly remembered that I'd foolishly forgotten to make someone else captain this week. I'd still have kept Hayes in my team but should really have remembered to demote him from the captaincy in the knowledge he'd be up against The Captain.

Turn it up, Kirk held on to his spot just It was Roos who found him the role he now plays so well.

I have no view one way or another prior two this year about his role with the swans but to say that this guy was a champ prior to this year PLEASE you were guessing at best.
