Roos to "make a call" regarding umpiring

Just listened to the press conference at afl.com.au and Paul said that he will certainly be making a call this week in relation to the umpiring. (This was in response to a question relating to the controversial decisions today)

Hope he goes mental at them.

Give it to em Roosy. However, some things never change (unless of course you make a donation of $20,000 to the cause).

Ok, every member put in 1 dollar. We are sending Maxi to the Footy Show next week.

That should sort out our umpire problems, just get our captain to basically call one of them a cheat!

Yes and he should immediately make a bigger call on his rotations through the midfield particularly on centre bounces.

No point whinging about the umps if we keep getting murdered out of the centre.

The only players allowed at the centre bounce apart from the ruckman should be:

Goodes, Willo, Kirk? Schnides, Crouch and Maxfield if he has come to play. When these blokes went in there in 4th Q guess what happened.

Goodes should always be there even if he is not rucking, and before anyone says he can't be there all day, James Hird is!!!

Oh comon Damien it was a joke Nothing anyone says ever changes the opinions footy fans have of umpires week in week out.

That aside, Maxfield on the Footy Show? Didn't you know that no Swans players ever get on that show.

Hird spent some time up in the forward line today.

                ****ing pathetic.

Sorry for the language, but that's what it was.

I have never seen umpiring so consistently one sided. At least 5 dodgy frees led to Essendon goals, either directly or by resulting in an inside 50.

"Umpires from Essendon" might be a better description.

But the numbers don't tell the story.

It's not only us who think that Essendon got a good run.

                            Exactly!

How does Lloyd manage to shepard through goals (two in two weeks) where he appears to interfere with the defender and get away with it then he is STILL getting these soft holding frees in the goalsquare!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Pay it both ways if you have to pay it!

His free in the square against Leo when the ball had already been knocked through was ridiculous... even if there had been a soft free given, he was never going to be in the contest anyway...
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

That was right in front of me. It was soft, they pretty much both fell over the line, but Lloyd can do no wrong can he. He can even whack someone and get off.
