The tigers (bouyed by all the good news this week about coaches) play two cellar dwellers in Adelaide tomorrow and Hawthorn next week. Win just one of those games and they go to 5 wins.
Come round 22, when they play us, another win will see them loose their priority picks. Wallace wont let that happen.
Fantastic win - disappointing last quarter (again - lots of them this year), but given I didn't think we would be up for it tonight, it doesn't matter this week.
Hopefully we'll see 4 quarters of good, tough flowing football from now, for the last two rounds plus finals.
Looking forward to watching the game tomorrow (couldn't only see snippets tonight).
Surely it's time to let Kennelly loose into the midfield full time now too.
I see Maxfield was reported too. From what I saw Read should be reported as well.

Captain Logic is not steering this tugboat.
"[T]here are things that matter more and he's reading and thinking about them: heaven, reincarnation. Life and death are the only things that are truly a matter of life and death. Not football."
Great win.I had to laugh when Maxfield got reported.
Finally the umpires were consistent.
Consistently awful to both sides.I hope Barry forgets the umpires exist because he is getting so frustrated and appealing to them at almost every contest plus he is taking out his frustrations on opposition players which might come back to bite the team if he doesn't watch it.
How good was Tadhg and Leo and Micky? Fanbloodytastic.
Although it was painful to lose the Roos game winning 2 out of 3 against Brisbane,Kangaroos, and Melbourne is more than acceptable,
This is RIchmond we are talking about. If we cant beat them, we dont deserve to be there.
I am sure officialdom at tiger land want a priority pick. No doubt. They are focused on 2005, and want 2004 to end as soon as possible.
The players might want to win, but a lot of them are at the cross roads of their career, and at these times its not wise to back the option that wont be there come monday.(ie doing it for spud)
Honourable loss. Mark my words. Some things are bigger than winning games.
