    Saddington moving????

Deep Throat on SEN morning show tipped Sadds for a return to Melbourne destination unknown, they all agreed he would be a sought after player!

(obviously oblivious to the charms of RWO.........)

Regardless of what I think about Saddington I would have thought he is a big risk given his knee.Which club would be desperate for a player like him to put him on big bucks not knowing how he will recover?

Hawthorn took Joel Smith with a bung knee!!! I don't think he played for the first year or more of his contract.

Saddo is our most expendable half decent player on our list IMO, so if he can be part of a trade that gets us a quality midfielder, then I am all for it.

In any trade we (of course) only want a player who is as good or better than the one we are trading. if significantly better we will throw in a draft pick as well.

                    Melbourne clubs with tall problems.....

Hawthorn, they're my second team so I would feel very confident taking....

Sam Mitchell, Lew Codge, Luke Brennan or Chance Bateman, all excellent midfielders on the rise.

                    Bulldogs...

                    Cooney, Ray, Cross, Murphy...good midfielders
Or less experienced talls in Hahn, Walsh or that big Wade bloke. No gain in Hargrave

                    Geelong...

Bartel, Kelly, Ablett, Hunt, Tenace, Mackie, Ling....any of those, thanks!

                    Kangaroos....

                    Wells, Harris (yes, please!)

                    Richmond...

                    Brown, Coghlan, Bowden...that's about it.

                    Collingwood...

                    Nobody

Then there's teams with reasonable talls so it's hard to imagine them wanting Saddo.

                    Carlton....

                    No midfielders

                    St. Kilda....

As if...but Dal Santo, Ball, Goddard

                    Melbourne...

                    Green, Bruce, Davey

                    Essendon...

                    Stanton, Lovett-Murray

Single-digit first-round draft picks. If Saddo did come up for trade you would expect some serious bidding for his services. He's a tall utility and such players are not common.

not much chance with most of those trades, swans were previously interested in Blumfield a few years ago. Maybe we can trade someone of similar worth...like Warfe

I can see some here still trying to trade Warfe two or three years into his retirement
